Sharon Chamberlain
Full Time Volunteer, President and Public Officer
Sharon is a full-time Volunteer and the guiding force behind MCOI, putting out fires, helping clients and juggling volunteers daily.
A trained financial counsellor, she has also worked in retail management for Woolworths, in small business and as a community leader and has currently completed Community Resilience and Leadership with Charles Sturt University. She also has training in Emergency Management, Trauma Counselling, and has volunteered as a counsellor with Lifeline.

Sharon is part of the executive team at Wingham Chamber of Commerce and a member of the SES Community Flood Warden Programme.
Sharon also partners with her daughter running their local primary business called Fairy Wren Grove.

Since being a founding member of the Mid Coast Outreach Inc. organisation as a response to the 2019/2020 bushfires, Shazz has worked tirelessly for the community as a part of the Mid Coast Council's Bushfire Recovery Group and expanding the services offered by Mid Coast Outreach Incorporated.
